
Whichever method of Pilates you prefer, I can teach that.
I originally completed the 500+ hour training program at Club Pilates to be a contemporary instructor; however, to fully understand and apply what Joseph Pilates originally intended, I completed my classical training with Leslie Logan (Grad. 1/2024).
I am also certified to be a personal trainer and a corrective exercise specialist.
What this means for you: Whatever workout type/programing you prefer, I have been trained on it. You are able to get a customizable private session learning the way you like best (or maybe even trying something new!).
Gym Option
I am currently working part-time at the Health Zone by Saint Francis in Tulsa, just off 68th and Yale. If you are looking for the full gym experience, this is my favorite in town. Catering to an older population, people genuinely want to have community and enjoy each other’s company.
I love the staff and the variety of class options. With two pools, racketball courts, barre, yoga, strength training, health assessments and much more, it’s a bargain!
You can take private or small group classes (no more than 6) with me on Allegro 2 reformers.

Community Group Options
For adults and sometimes mixed ages, I teach some Saturdays at Bridges Mercantile in downtown Jenks, OK. Bridges is a non-profit organization that teaches employable skills to those with special needs. By teaching in their storefront, I hope to bring awareness to their organization and help sell some of the popcorn and dogtreats made by their trainees.
During the week, I teach a Youth (6-11) mat class and a Tween (11-15) mat class there as well.

If you are interested in hosting a private class for your posse, team, business, or club, let me know – I’d love to set up something just for you! I’ve had a lot of fun with private groups including a softball team, track team, girls’ social club, community education, and church groups.
More than just mat, I offer group classes on pelvic floor dysfunction awareness, functional movement, postural awareness, and myofascial recovery (a great lunch-break corporate bonding activity!).
Home Studio Private Training

Located near the intersection of Highway 75 and the Creek Turnpike in Jenks, Oklahoma, the Barker Pilates home studio is easily accessible from any part of town and surrounding suburbs.
